• Northern Europe (comprising operations in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland)
• German Airlines (comprising the Condor Flugdienst and Condor Berlin airlines operated by Thomas Cook in Germany)
• North America (comprising operations in Canada and the United States)

The principal brands include Thomas Cook, Airtours, Neckermann, Condor, Ving, Direct Holidays and Sunquest.
