Thomas Cook Group plc is led by a Board drawn from both MyTravel and Thomas Cook, complemented by additional independent Non-Executive Directors.

The Board is chaired by Non-Executive Chairman, Michael Beckett.

In addition to the Chairman, the Board currently includes four Non-Executive Directors: David Allvey, Roger Burnell, Bo Lerenius and Nigel Northridge. Each of the committees of the Board is chaired by an independent Non-Executive Director.
